FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
Incredible Memories and Experiences for our guests stem from the Great Management skills and expertise of our leaders, and our Food & Beverage department requires an exceptional experienced and talented individual to take the helm and elevate the department to the next level. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Food and Beverage operations including but not limited to team management, training, maintaining and increasing quality and customer experience, stock control, team rotas, health and safety & related training; and with other departments input in creating menus, events and generate memories for our guests, while having a finger on the pulse of current trends and fashion in the industry. We welcome applications from candidates who have at least 2 years’ experience of bar and restaurant management in a similar role including a proven track record of success in that role. Outstanding leadership, training, communication and organisational skills are key requirements, as well as the ability to work well and efficiently and under pressure.
